The Initial Consultation	The initial consultation is an opportunity to learn about your home improvement project and to get to know each other. At this meeting project details will be discussed and measurements will be taken. We will bring product samples and information at this time. Depeding on the type of work to be done, this meeting typically takes about 1 hour.
Reviewing The Bid	It takes us approximately 1-2 weeks to prepare the bid for you. The reason for the wait is that we don't guesstimate. We will get hard estimates from our vendors so we can give you the most accurate bid possible. This helps to avoid suprises later on. For smaller projects the bid will most likely be sent to you via email, however, for the larger projects we will set up a meeting to review the details and numbers. Also, if necessary, we will provide computer drawings of the project. An accurate dipiction of the remodel helps to make sure things look just how you dreamed.
Signing The Contract	Once you decide to move forward with us as your contractor we will require a 5-10% deposit to hold your spot on our schedule. At this time, we will send you to the appropriate vendors to make selections for plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, granite, etc.. Some of this process can be done in your home as we have a large number of product samples that we can bring to you. Design assistance is always available at no charge. If you need a little help with selections we are more than happy to shop with you and give you the guidance you need to feel comfortable with your product selections. Of course, if you are a confident designer and don't need assistance that is fine too. When the majority of your selections are made we will sign the contract and collect another payment. At this time a tentative start date will be set and we will begin the process of ordering supplies and materials.
The Construction	Let the demolition begin! Living through a remodeling project can be stressful. We will do everything we can to keep the work area clean and the dust to a minimum. Providing our clients with "Red Carpet Service" is very important to us. We will do our very best to make you happy and comfortable while your project is in progress. During this time payments will be broken down into milestones with the final payment being made upon completion. For our larger remodels there are approximately 5 payments made throughout the course of the project, for smaller painting/handyman jobs there is typically a deposit and final payment only.
Follow Up	Our main goal is your happiness and satisfaction with the project. We will gladly come back to check in if there is any kind of concern with any of the performed work. We want the opportunity to form a long lasting relationship with you and work with you on future home improvement projects.
